Pay Attention:

1. This device only supports appliances with infrared remote control. It’s covered 99% of the household air conditioners and fans brands in the market.

2. Due to the fact that certain air conditioner brands will be replaced with new models every two years, and the remote control code of the air conditioner may also be changed. It’s may affect some of the remote control functions.

3. Place the device in an unobstructed area to avoid hindering the infrared emission and prevent normal remote control functionality.

4. Do not use the device in a noisy environment to prevent reception issues with your spoken commands or incorrect commands received.

5. The device will only work on the remote commands that have been set as per user manual.

6. Every command should start with the activate code “Hi TESRA” and after device reply “Yes Boss”,

    for example: “Hi TESRA” and after the device reply “Yes Boss”, follow with the remote command “Air Cond On”.

    or: “Hi TESRA” and after the device reply “Yes Boss”, follow with the remote command “Swing On”.

7. To restore the device to the factory default setting, follow these steps: activate the device with “Hi TESRA” and after the device reply “Yes Boss”, follow with the remote command “Restore the device”.
